Brewsy is a D2C e-commerce startup looking to redefine how we think about and consume wine and other fermented drinks. Their flagship products are a simple-to-use at-home winemaking kit and an accompanying app for recipe creation and community engagement.****

My role expanded to include:
As the only designer on the team, I touched every product. Aligning both new and existing products and product lines to meet a high visual standard was something I worked toward daily.
One project in particular that laid the groundwork for all other visual designs was the redesign of the main instruction booklet. It is the first thing users interact with after purchase and the first thing a customer reads when starting to make their own wine—the redesigned instructions need to be thorough without being overwhelming.
Using illustrations from a freelance illustrator and copy from our Customer Experience Lead, I developed an easy-to-read accordion booklet that detailed the steps, timing, and descriptions detailing the importance of each step.
